Service Description

SandboxSys provides access to SAP sandbox environments, training servers, managed infrastructure, and related support services. Our services may include preconfigured SAP systems, secure remote access, and periodic maintenance.

  • Access to SAP training and SandboxSyss on shared or dedicated infrastructure.
  • Environment provisioning, monitoring, and support for SAP consultants and learners.
  • Optional configuration, integration, and managed services for enterprise customers.

User Responsibilities

Users must use SandboxSys responsibly and comply with all applicable laws and SAP licensing rules. Unauthorized access, account sharing, or misuse of environments is strictly prohibited.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and do not share access with unauthorized parties.
  • Use environments only for legitimate SAP training, testing, and consulting purposes.
  • Report any security issues or suspicious activity to support immediately.

Payments and Renewals

Fees for SandboxSys services are due at the time of purchase or renewal, and payment terms are described on the checkout page. All payments are final unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.

  • Service access may be interrupted if payment is not received on time.
  • Refunds are available only as described in our payment or refund policy.
  • Pricing, promotions, and service packages may change at SandboxSys’s discretion.

Termination and Cancellations

SandboxSys may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms or misuse the service. You may also cancel your subscription as described in your service agreement.

  • We may remove or revoke access for breaches of policy, illegal conduct, or security risks.
  • Service cancellations generally take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Data retention after cancellation is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Prohibited Conduct

Certain activities are prohibited on SandboxSys, including any attempt to circumvent licensing, degrade service, or infringe third-party rights.

  • Do not use the platform for unauthorized SAP licensing or piracy.
  • Do not attempt to access other users’ environments or modify infrastructure without permission.
  • Do not transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content using SandboxSys resources.

Intellectual Property

SandboxSys and its partners retain all intellectual property rights in the platform, software, and service materials. Users may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute our proprietary content without written permission.

  • All trademarks, logos, and content on the site belong to SandboxSys or their respective owners.
  • Using our materials for resale or distribution is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
  • Service access grants a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

SandboxSys provides its services as-is and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete compatibility with every environment. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages beyond the scope allowed by law.

  • We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
  • Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service during the prior 12 months.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or other non-excludable legal rights.
